Governing Language
These Terms of Use are written in English. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Termination
FortPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to our services.
Prohibited and Requiring Pre-Approval Sub-Merchant Types
We prohibit certain sub-merchants from using our services. Additionally, certain sub-merchants require prior approval before they can use our platform. These types include, but are not limited to, those in the following categories:
Sub-merchants Requiring Pre-Approval
- Adult services
- Gambling or betting platforms
- Weapons or explosives sales
- Counterfeit goods
- Any illegal activities
Prohibited Sub-Merchants
The following are prohibited from using FortPay:
- Fraudulent services
- Money laundering services
- Adult content and services
- Pirated software distribution
- Any unlawful activities
Changes to the FortPay Terms of Use
We may update or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised Terms will take effect immediately upon posting. Please review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
General
These Terms supersede and extinguish all previous agreements between you and FortPay whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter. In the event that any of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain subsisting and in full effect. FortPay’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
